It uses an inner ceramic pot sitting in boiling water. This way the food in the pot is better protected and never will be burnt to deliver the best flavor.The delivery was fast and product received is as described. We have been using it daily. We only use the slow setting. When it cooks, the boiling water make water bubble noise. We feel fine with it. The price is good. |
